Looks like one of the Octura Humm Dinger mounts. I think I got an entire new one in a bunch of stuff somebody gave me. You can have it.

Those were originally part of the Octura "Swift Switch" motor mount system. It's a Swift Switch "Insert". They were also used as the insert in the Octura "Hummdinger" mount (with rubber isolators). You can call Octura, they will sell you just the insert part.
