We are not requiring cowls and boats to be numbered as stated in impba rule book for offshore.

Snap, we'll probably have David Preusse and I believe Paul Bychowsky running D hydro as well.... May not be any water in that pond after the first round of D hydro. Bring an extra change of undies... the martinsville of D4.
