Messing around this winter and order some grade 2 titanium. .02 thou. plate Aluminum 80.7gr Titanium 48.7gr

Just stick to the original design at first and see what it dose. That way you can compare apples to apples and see if it worth the effort to do more.

If need be make the stinger larger that way you can bush it to test stinger size changes.

Make the front tube so it will slide over a header. Preferably a 1 1/2 deg tapered header.

Nice job Charles. Titanium is the next best material under stainless steel because it has the lowest thermal conductivity. I'm still using .015" to .018" thick #1018 cold rolled sheet steel.

I own a jewelry shop Terry so when I can I try to do a few trick deals to expand the hobby and share knowledge to better everyone.
