Steve, we race at a pond near the Eugene/Springfield area. Look at 44° 6'2.03"N and 123° 6'3.57"W in Google Earth. Too bad, I just sold my house in Springfield. It took a week. Needless to say, this is a great area to live in and retire to. Housing is getting expensive for Oregon, but probably not by California standards. Our club has a Facebook page. Search for Emerald RC boats. The only gas we race these days is sport hydro, but there are a few monos lying around including mine. We'd love to have you.
