Mcmaster-carr has flat head metric allen key screws, SS.

It's not the truly superior metric system,Kris. It's the truly INFERIOR Phillips head on the truly superior screws that truly suck!!

Got to have a good fit on the tool to take them in and out. More than 1 type of Phillips looking screw head.

Yup, that's part of the problem Mike (-; A lot of folks just think there is only a + or a - in screwdrivers -LOL!

Do you have a hobby shop that is into rc cars & trucks close by, Marty? Countersunk allen head screws are used a lot in them & most are metric (-;

make sure about the angle of the countersink ...... metric is mostly 90 deg ....... us is mostly 82 deg.

There should be enough meat there to touch it with a counter sink to the right angle, but being metric screws they should be right.
