Well it's that time again everyone!

The Huntsville Model Boaters would like to invite you to the NAMBA Straightline and 2 Lap Record Trials

When: October 7th - 8th 2018

Where: Brahan Springs Park South, 2111 Drake Avenue Huntsville, Alabama

Time: Record Trials will start as soon as lights are set up and everyone is checked in around 7:00am

Classes offered: All

MONO,HYDRO,SPORT HYDRO, DEEP VEE,UNLIMITED HYDRO,OUTBOAR
Please email classes you would like to run so I can get a running order sheet made.

Please bring your tables, chairs, and Easy ups as it will still get hot in October

Ice water will be provided along with coffee and donuts in the mornings

Well the second Namba Time Trials for 2018 is now over.

Sunday and Monday were a little cooler but the wind wasn't as nice too us. Sunday we set 5 SAW records in the first hour. Here are the final results.

Congratulations Mark. You now officially have the fastest gas SAW record boats. I know what a lot of hard work that took.

I would like to say thanks to both Grim families for doing these events. It's tough in the hot weather and high humidity. I wish I could have been there all 4-days but just wasn't possible. I hope to be there next month to get the numbers we were after.
