I am running a Cat w/twin OS 81 VR-M. Both motors are flowed the same. They both run and sound great. Here's the issue When running one carb is spitting fuel out the front the other is not. I have run OS motors and none of them have spit fuel yet run good. What could be causing this?

Too much intake clearance. On the engine that spits fuel check the drum/disc clearance.

When you say the run and sound good, is that on the water as well as the stand?

Otherwise, rich low end needle setting perhaps ?

This would affect the idle speed running, but you may be compensating for it.

You said both motors flowed the same, but did you flow them at more than one throttle setting, or just W.O.T ?

Thinking one could be richer on the LSN, but leaner on the HSN, and still flow the same at W.O.T.
