I am looking for an OS 9B type carb which has a flange for attachment to the engine, instead of a barrel. So there is no OD.

Yes indeed Charles, I will be getting a kRE for my MAC If I decide to keep it. Those OS carbs are much harder to find these days.

I have this one it has been faced off on the carb side to go on a CMB or Picco. $50 plus shipping.
