You don't "need" that pin. Once you install the sleeve & line up the ex. port sides then torque the water jacket & head button down the sleeve won't move. Doubt you will find just the pin, prolly will need to find an entire case. Or, find a small drill bit the correct size & cut off the length you need.

I have seen several motors that were not assembled correctly because of missing pin. if you line it up right then while installing the water jacket, turn it, the friction can make the liner spin.thats why I replace the missing pins. I use stainless rod from McMaster carr. drill bit shanks work but will rust,because they are in water, and leave a mess
