No you can't, I no longer offer the PHM cowls as it got way too complicated. Unfortunately there has been a problem with the server my website is on, it went down & then came back with the old pages that for some reason I cannot access thru my FTP. The person I work with who hosts my site has been MIA since May. I suggest contacting Mike directly thru here under PHM Racing and he can get you fixed up-Hi John,You can order them through Don Ferrette who is on this site.
Here is his web site and the cowl page.

One thing though, you MUST have patience if there not in stock.
The cowls are really nice and worth the wait.
I have quite a few myself and waiting for a few more.

I assume that means that there are older and newer RR67's and they have different cowls. How do you tell the older RR67 from the newer one? How much do carbonfiber cowls run (roughly)? Does anyone mold the other RR parts (tub, sponsons) out of carbonfiber? What cowl are you looking for? I have a mold for the older RR67. Also, are you looking for a lightweight and stiff cowl, or do you want the look of clear coated CF?
