I have a WHiplash Gas Sport Hydro.

Going to be using a Gizmo GZR 5.

Any ideas on props? I'm very new to Gas. Thanks.

Contact Mark Sholund at props 4 u he has a lot of experience with gas props he does a great job inregards of sharpening and balancing

If that contact info won't help then I am not sure what type of help you are looking for I wish you luck

Sam,

I don't run a whip. But in general a 2716/15*, 2716/20*,2717 19*, 6719 654, Are all good hydro props to get you in the ball park.

The 26 and 27 series should work the 6719/3 works too but i think it had more lift. I was using the 2716-20 on my gas sport boat this year. some will have more lift than others less rake lift more, not sure what the whip likes but you should be able to trim the strut to suit the prop.

Sam my wood whiplash was happiest heat racing with H-31's done by Mark Sholund and Andy Brown. Really solid handling and excellent corner speed etc, I still have a couple if your interested as I no longer have that boat. email me at [email protected] Tony J
