does anyone know of something that will dissolve this spray can foam ? a previous owner of a sprint cat I have filled sponsons with it im not looking forward to spooning it out

Spoon and a fork bent into a claw attached to a dowel rod. Have fun, been there done that.............

Stinky gasoline will soften it a bit, depending on what they used. Sprayed on gas and scraped it off that way from sheet metal. Not fun.
Might be able to gouge it out with a $1 red hot Goodwill butter knife.

Place a L type allen Wrench in a battery drill trur medum slow , suck the chopped fome out with a shop vac ....
then when you get close then use a puddy scraper ......................

might have to try that allen wrench suggestion .seems to be more of a winter project it runs good just knowing of the extra weight kills me
