One is direct drive and the other is geared...... Not sure I'm only going by the pictures you have posted Ken.

Thanks just got this info from Ian on facebook

Changes to piston and liner timings and special honing new head and minor crankshaft change. And of course water jacket

Thanks Ian for the fast response

This is later than M1 kit. The direct drive crank is the same it is the valve that changes. No prices yet for spares they are still being finalised.

Below is a copy of part of Ians message.

Hello Ken

The direct drive engines will be produced during February. Price is £300 GB

Pounds at current euro to pound exchange rate.Shipping I would have to check

The Evo piston and liner is equivalent to a works tuned motor the first time CMB have done anything like this apart from the works team engines

Regards Ian sent from samsung mobile

This is a copy of last message I received from Ian

when at work.

I do not offer any tuning as I have won the world champs using works team cmb

engines and spend more time on boat set ups to get the best performance, The Evo

piston and liner is equivalent to a works tuned motor the first time CMB have

done anything like this apart from the works team engines

Someone told me that New CMB 21 EVO use only gear ( no flywheel) , drum " R" and cone glow plug for V mono Europe so
