I've found that after we run this engine on multi race boat. How do you think, is this thin washers really need in this case or I can remove them totally? One of them are damage the piston.

The zenoah piston pin spacer washers are slightly thicker than the RCMK 1s ,you might be able to use these instead and not use the set of washers you got now ,just a thought that might work and solve your problem
 
It's funny but I thinking about that in little other way: just made my own from good quality steel or bronze.

The reason they are breaking is because you have the original early washers that would wear right out and fail.

Use current version of RCMK or Tiger King or machine the piston bosses to accept Zenoah washers.
