Any suggestions for props to try on a Jersey-Gizmo 30 plus motor with a Zipp pipe -running a Octura x472 now. I know there's no magic number just something to try.

I have run Prather 270 and 275 SS props with good results. I have also used a 6516/3-340 or 350 with better results. I live in UT and we are at 4700ft roughly.

The 30 plus is not a legal skiff motor. Skiffs are lsg27. So 27 and under. You'll probably need to experiment on your own. The props Karl recommend are great for a legal motor.

I don't race it in competition,just a fun boat.Only one other Jersey in our club.Nobody around here runs them. I don;t know why because it is a ball to drive!!!

2516 3 blade or 2514.... your way under prop,that will make a huge difference

Tried a 2515/3 this morning-WOW-crazy fast!!! Going to try and find someone in the club who has the two you suggested and see how they do.
