Charlie,

They only made limited runs of ABC Propllers in Stainless Steel.

If you heat treat them right, they will be almost as hard. I received

more in stock yesterday also. I think Jim is going to make those older

propellers almost obsolete in the future. Once these new ones are all

Developed and Tested you will never want one of the older ones on your

Boat again.

Just My Opinion On The New Game Changer Series Of Propellers,

Time Will Tell !!!

Mine are all being tested by other boaters throughout the country.

Walt should have some in stock also, if not try OSE.

There is more to model boat propellers than Octura believe me.

Not sure about The Holy Grail comment? but I think some people

should try something before they say anything else about it. "The Proof

Is In The Pudding", and it is difficult if you do not even taste the pudding?

I guess I will not share my excitement in a new engineered propeller out

on the market. You guys can keep running the same old propellers.

I have worked some of these new ABC props. Nice props, but I think they need some mods to get them right. Game changers? Probably not.
 
Andy,

Some changes are in the works to make them better right out of the package.

These were designed for the European electric boats so the design was not

really intended for our nitro set ups. If you reduce the mid pitch and trailing edge

pitch at .7 radi they will work much better on our set ups. The first stage of testing

has revealed a lot more information going back to Jim Schaefer at ABC Propeller.

So far the 1815 for the 21 hydro is working VERY WELL, and the 2215 is working AWESOME on the 45 hydro. We will see at our first race of the year this weekend

how they work in race water.
