need picco .45 EXR header for rigger

tried a CNB and it is a bit to big,wobbles around and have to grind bottom hits flywheel. al hobbs and andy's the pipe size is way to small for a modded motor. if someone has one with a really short pipe,i tig weld so that can be fixed.also need the correct gasket.i guess they do not have a dealer in usa any more? I know joe warren and mike hallam used to be? any help is much appreciated.thanks,mike.

My Picco P45R (2011 version, Blue Head/Black Case) exhaust port diameter measures approx. = 19.00mm (.748in).

The NovaRossi .46DD exhaust port has a similiar exhaust port extension length as the Picco P45R: approx. = 11.50mm (.452in). The diameter measures approx. 20.00mm (with a recessed inner band, gasket retainer, groove dia. approx. = 18.50mm).

So the NovaRossi .46DD header w/silicone rubber gasket may possibly work. You may want to confirm the spec's of your Picco .45 EXR exhaust port diameter and length.

hi david,thank you for the reply.i ended up making one out of a spare andy brown header that fit better on my cmb .45.i took a piece of thick wall silicone tubing and milled it down to fit snug and cut off the small dia. pipe and tig welded a new(bigger dia.) on and it fits perfect.thank you for the heads up on this other set up.if I need another one I will try this route.thanks again,mike.
