Bob,
I was going to call Joe at Zipp Kits and see if he will cut out a
26" version a (GT-12) with a bait box added to the back of the longer tub.
We also have modified the front sponsons on our newest 12-Hydro
and it seems to run Very Well with these few changes. Getting a little more
power also with a Japanese modified version of an older Nova Rossi-12
On-Road motor from Japan. I lucked out on Ebay last week and found a Gem
of a motor.
Trying to figure out how to build a new carbon-12 pipe for the latest motor.
In the process of turning a wax mold on my lathe and then I was thinking of
putting carbon sock over it with high temp epoxy. I need some help if anyone
has any better ideas?
With Martin and Glenn setting the bar so high with 12-SAW boats it has me
wondering how fast we can make these little 12-Nova Rossi motors turn up.
Trying to get a dyno project going for some head button and pipe testing also.
A busy Spring up here in Traverse City, Michigan for sure. Lots of ideas I just
need more time out in the shop to make it all happen.
Thanks For Reading,
Mark Sholund
