Just got notice of Jim's passing, he was a Nitro Boater and great machinist from Webster Groves, MO Jim always had fast boats but very seldom raced them. He said he would get too nervous running in a race. He could really make those Rossi Engines run.
 
RIP Mr. Turner.

Known Jim from my first years of getting into boating. Spent many hours in his shop with him. He will be missed.

Jim was a Great Guy. We had some Good times at Mt.Vernon ILL. He will be Missed Big Time!! RIP Mr Jim....
