Hi all what thread dia and pitch is the prop shaft on the o.s. .21 im guessing its metric coming from Japan . I need spare prop nuts the lhs wants $10 a nut i was thinking ss nylon lock nut once i know thread size and pitch. Regards Andris Golts.

I haven't used a prop nut on my O.S. 21 OB in years. Mostly because I keep loosing the one that comes with the engine. I just slip a piece of tight fitting fuel tubing over the threads. Not saying it is a great idea, but I haven't lost a prop.
