Who is using the HItec Lynx radio with the telemetry and what are the pros and cons with it?

Thanks!

We do and we love them. But they not selling them a reciever that has telemetry anymore. They dont know when they available either (as of 2 months ago anyway). If you find a used one you need the (Proton 4) .

The Proton 4 is discontinued entirely. It is not coming back. That is the reason they were able to sell as many as they did and they work. Gotta wonder what they are thinking when they are a new line of radio's and they do something like that. There is no crossover. The GPS is gone.

The Proton 4 receivers are still around for sale. You just have to look around. They are expensive though. They seem to be mostly overseas.

We will be trying one of the GPS receivers today. We got five so we would have some backups.
