again too much time on my hand's. are you guy's running a straight blade or tapered? also what is the difference in the handling between the 2? i have a straight blade on my 1/8 scale and a tapered on my sport 40 and i can not tell the difference between the 2?? thanks, mike.

The tapered blade to me beneficial on the 1/8th winged boats. Helps lift the rear end up.

hi sam, so the tapered one provides lift from the way the water hits the blade? 30 years later, still always trying to learn..
To me it does. I can change the angle and tell a difference.
sam,do you also run a flat bottom strut?
On my 1/8th Scale yes.

On my Sport 40. No.
