Hello, i'm a newbie and i want to get started with 25cc Deep Vee's like the 52" apache. I don't have to go real fast but has anyone got some links or something else where i can get some info about engines, hulls etc? I'm not planning to buy things like tuned pipes etc but just everything stock.

Try Jim's R/C Boat Dock. I don't have his site address, but you can find it on the impba.com links area. That site specializes in gas boats for whatever you need there is probably an answer in there. Sign up to ask questions then surf the site. Nitro boaters are almost 2nd-class citizens in there, we're ranked with steam and sail.
