What is the difference in the NR Turbo vs. standard head?

I read the ads for NR engines and see turbo heads and standard heads. What is the difference and what are you guys running?

Turbo heads have the taper on the bottom of the plug for sealing and the standard head has the glow plug with the washer. It's your preference as to what you run, but the turbo plugs are more expensive.

In the past years ago it was determined on a 21 motor the turbo head/plug produced 500 more RPM

I run turbo heads on 21 and 46 motors

I think it is easier to strip the threads on a turbo head than standard plug head.

What is the difference in the NR Turbo vs. standard head?
