It´s a FSR class hull for inboard engines probably a Merlotti skual or a clone late 70´s I think. If you adapt the 45 K&b to work inboard with a shaft it will work nice in this hull.

I believe it is a British designed FSR boat named Isotope. It was originally designed for multi racing. Running a hard shaft with the prop under the hull. The CG of these boats were much more forward compared to our set up. They turned like a tunnel.

Having messed around with outboard monos/vees, I think that K& 7.5 outboard is going to overpower that hull design. It appears to me that someone just bolted the K&B to the transom because it was an easy application. But, there were those who thought the Wright Brothers should have stayed in the bicycle business rather than waste their time trying to fly.
