Good luck with it Glen, although I am not sure why anyone would want a Rossi 90 engine. They dont last too long. If you need help, I used to be a dealer for Rossi over here, and I still have some good contact info.

I do not think Rossi makes this engine anymore. If they did you would hear talk on the forum about it.

James stated .. "Rossi.. they don't last long"

Before I used CMB's , I used Rossi's , and I can't second James statement.

Rossi .90's are not fond of above 15% Nitro-fuel.

The loose crankwebs design can't bear overrev and detonation.

Don't know if they still make them with caged-needle-bearing on the crankpin,

change that to full-needle minus one , quality C3-bearings and they will last ,

till the P&L are worn out

I have never owned one personally, but saw with my own eyes three different rossi 90's explode after no more than two laps. Brand new engines, three different guys, three different engines, three paperweights after a lap or two. Maybe it was the nitro thing as im sure they were running more than 15%, not sure, but it was enough for me to never touch one. Rod failures on two, and a broken crank on the other.
