RC Boat Company also has the Newton 108 Cowl available. This cowl fits Mike's 108 kit perfectly. Steve will also have a glass version of the 108 hull available shortly.

I'll be sending the Thriftway Too plug and the '88 Oberto (capsule) and wing plugs to Steve after the holidays. He will have those available at some point in the future as well.

Hey guys , I have one of mike 's Winston eagle lobster boats gas kit and would love to get a cowl and wings for it . thanks for the help, Darrell Smith

I got my Cowl from Phil Thomas and it fits almost perfectly to the hull as I put it together.. The Graphics is the next obstacle.. I'm seeking out Wes Ellet he has a "Lobster" already running I want to know if he got his graphics from Mike McNight or not?? I have called Mike but he's shut down for Holidays and possibly selling the Biz?? Is Wesley the alternative for the graphics??

Later!!

What about front and rear wing sets? Or are these made from scratch?
There may be a set out west, You can make them using some 1/4 foam board covered with thin ply and hardwood stick for the leading edges. the top is cut at a 30 degree angle so the Horizontal sits on top.

I made my Canard wings are made out of 1/8" ply and aileron balsa the verticals tail is ply in the middle with aileron balsa on both sides but the horizontal is 6 inches wide and they don't make ailerons that wide so I have to shape ply and 3/8" balsa.. Then I'm going to resin it all when bolted together!!

Later!!
