Quickdraw hot pipe is outstanding on a Zen. CC racing has a new v2 pipe that has been getting great reviews as well.
 
Yup, QD hot pipe and on a 28.5 use a external muffler, Also the new CC v2 pipe is working pretty good. My Buddy is testing one right now and it seems to be working pretty good.

lot of pipes will work well if you take the time to set the boat up. 3 that will work very well are a Hot pipe, the Monster pipe that CC racing is now selling and if you can get your hands on one, the Beast pipe that CC was selling prior to it, I have one in my sport hydro with a CC 29.5 Monster engine and it pulls real hard with it. at about 1/2 up the straight away end it almost seems like it hits passing gear.
 
I build one of the best 1" pipe system you will ever run. These systems make awesome torque and rpm to the moon.

People are loving the pipe.

They are built using the QD hotpipe body and are all internal stinger and they work.

Available in five header bends.
