I have a new oiler kits available.

They incorporate a custom lightweight stainless steel tank that is silver soldered nicely along with the preferred two piece stuffing tube collar with the fitting. The two piece collar is 5/16" I.D. clamp on style that are easy to install and seal to the tube better.

What your mounting to should be placed between the two washers supplied on each stud.

I have the reservoir tanks now with the brass threaded bung silver soldered in place and the shut off valves installed in them.

Can also do a regular fitting on the tank and the valve on the stuffing tube clamp if needed. Keep in mind if you go that route the tank fitting has to be above the height of the valve sticking up on the stuffing tube.

I have the valves to go in the line also now if you would like that style instead with just a fitting on the tank and another on the stuffing tube collar.

The fuel tubing is kinda hard so best to soften it with heat gun or hot water and it makes it easier to go on the fittings and you can also form bends it while it is warmed up and it will hold the shape.

IMPORTANT !!!
Only mount between the washers on the studs. The washer closest to the oil reservoir must stay in place. It allows the pressure from tightening to be on the head of the stud instead of trying to pull the stud off the reservoir.

$38 plus $7 USPS priority shipping in the U.S.

Hi Daniel,

Wow, These are really nice. What is the diameter and the height of the tanks. Thinking about using one on an electric outboard tunnel, and maybe an electric rigger.

Regards,

Bob

Daniel,

Can you make me one a little different? Looking down at the top of the tank, I would like the mounting studs at 3 o'clock and a barb with the valve at 6 o'clock. I want to use it on an outboard. Please let me know if you can do one up this way and how much it will cost. I'll send you a PP as soon as you give me the go ahead.

Regards,

Bob

Daniel, oilers arrived today "NICE" Thanks again B.C.
Bob,

Cool man. Appreciate you letting me know they arrived and you are liking them. Thanks again.

The tubing softens with a little heat so it go on the valve easier and it can be formed while heated and will hold a set when cooled.

Daniel,

Bob Horowitz here. Received the oiler today. Really nice workmanship. Probably a little big for use on my outboard, but that's okay. I'll find a use for it. Thanks for the speedy service. A pleasure doing business with you.

Regards,

Bob
