Hello everyone,

The Motor City Model Boat Club is proud to again announce the "Power Stroke Classic" on Saturday, June 20th!

Last year marked the return of this event and it was an amazing day of great racing! This year we have added a few more classes while maintaining a reasonable entry fee.

Send in your entries to [email protected]

We will accept entries up until the week before the race but don't wait. Get your entries over to Josh to ensure yourself a spot on the roster!

Thank You!

I'll be in for 1/8 scale and Thunderboat, and if I get my Sport 40 sorted out I'll go for that too. I'll send the "official" entry to Josh.

Hi Jim,

Looking forward to seeing you 1/8 scale guy's again. Really put on a show last year! Thanks!

It's great to be a part of a club where everyone offers to help out in any way they can. Really a good bunch and a tight knit group. Thanks guy's! The plans for the race have come together well and yes there will be a bbq on site. We will be serving up hot dogs, bratwurst, and maybe even some pulled pork for the lucky ones

at lunch time!

Just 3 weeks away now! Please get your entries into Josh so we have an idea of how many to expect and he can start getting the heat sheets put together. Thanks!

Hey guy's,

The gas class entries are starting to come in pretty good. Need to see some more of the nitro classes!

Less than 1 week now to get your entries in! Josh said he would accept entries until Thursday night June 18th. Hoping to see a bunch of entries this weekend!

Hi David,

I will e-mail Josh and ask him for a up to date boat count and post it here tomorrow or Tuesday. Last I talked to him, the nitro classes were a low count.

Scott

Just talked to Josh on the phone. It looks like we have at least the minimum 3 boats per class for all classes with the exception of B-mono and A-hydro. Hope to see those classes fill in this week!

Lets get signed up guys. I hear the Motor City Club has a real nice site and put on a great race.

Thanks Ron!

Just need more entries for B-mono, SS mono, and gas rigger. The nitro classes really picked up the last couple days! A bunch of B-hydros and Sport 40's this year.

Let's get a class of sport 20 going guys!
Hey Corey, I'm all in for adding that class for next year. We added B-mono this year because it use to be a really popular class in D-2 and we were hoping that some guy's would dig out their old boats and bring it back. So far only 1 entry and 2 pending if Ernie can get his ready in the next 2 days.
