Mike & Terry,

I hope to make it to the Spring time trial if I can get the new boats, pipes, and motors

all tuned in. Time is flying by and we are still getting snow. Hopefully by the end of this

week I will get a chance to get more testing done. The weather will need to be STELLAR

for these little 12-S.A.W. Boats.

Thanks,

Mark Sholund

Less than a week to go, hope next weekend is as nice as this one was!

Check here before coming out, we'll make the call by 6pm this Thursday to use the following weekend if the weather looks bad.

Getting ready to get on the road here from Flint, Sat we had that nagging 3-5 mph from the east (odd) direction but did get some small windows to run. Yesterday we actually had some periods of excellent water and got some good runs in. More to follow...

Another great weekend thanks to the FAST crew Mike, Mark & Mikey, without these guys these weekends just wouldn't happen.

The weather was nice for this time of year but we had a nagging 5-10 mph breeze from the east most of the day Saturday that kept the water rough all day. Sunday was better with some good water at times and a few stuck around to shake off the winter rust.

FAST member Mike Nowicki had his new A (.12) hydro running in the 80's on it's first weekend out, very impressive. Scott Tonak ran many 10.5 sec. laps with his Backlash LSG Sport hydro, just 1 sec. off the oval record.

FAST member Mark Stein had his Mutt humming and ran a "lazy" 23.2 sec. oval.

Shawn Swain braved the conditions with his Q Cat trying for his 100 patch and ran 92 and change the "long way" though the traps.

Mike Stevens came out Sunday and ran his 67 and twin Roadrunners to some hot laps.

Dave Murany ran his beautiful new 67 Roadrunner getting ready for the upcoming season.

Our National Hydro Director Mike Betke dropped by Saturday for a visit, good as always Mike.

Looking forward to the Fall!

Big Thank You to the F.A.S.T. crew for hosting another great event! Good water or bad, it's always a good time hanging with you guys and look forward to seeing you again this fall.

Mike,

Some nice passes with the new boat.

I will get some 1621's ready to test for you.

With that longer pipe the new boat will pull more propeller.

More pipes and propellers are being made for testing soon.

With three new S.A.W. boats we will get closer to Glenn I hope?

Terry,

Thanks for the video of Mike's new ride.

Hopefully in the Fall we will be ready for an all out assault

on the record books.
