Great race site, 21 sport, 21mod, 45, and open classes. Hope we see a few more tunnels come down to support this event. Duncans, Atwells, SmartMonkey, Team VanHouton, Team Shaw, Poole, Ashmore and Shaver. Junkers must have some hulls laying around. Premo will be there that's worth coming for. Need to get "fingers"Bill back too,

About time you responded Bill....How you doin' Bud? I'll be at the race helping in the tower but not racing. Hell, I don't think I have one boat that doesn't need some kind of repair. Travel baseball with a ten year old sucks up all my spare time but well worth it. Will be good to see you again Bill.

Wish we could make it this year guys but slammed here at home with both of my girls college graduations, swearing in, and of course Christmas and New Years. Look forward to seeing all you tunnel heads at the Tunnel Race at the Gilley's..

I'll be bringing the latest evolution of version 4 Snipers with me. Now named Salient, they have almost 10 years of development history behind them. Still no stumble pads and will still turn on rails. The latest version has never raced in competition so we will see how they stand up to the rest. See you guys on the 19th!

Bill,

Im not surprised that tunnel turns like its on rails with the addition of your burm step on the outside edge of the port sponson. I tried this on some of my tunnels years ago but the balance to keep the boat from tripping due to forcing too much bite on the starboard sponson, especially in race water, drove me to remove them. If you are not having that problem you may have nailed the perfect combination. How is the Nova running? See you in a few months.
