I use 4S on my heli starter. I will start about 100 times.. BUT.. why risk it. Recharge after every other use or so.

Mike thanks that is just what I was trying to find out. My pb battery died and I have some 4 cell lipos I could replace it with
 
I'm using the Lipos that Boris suggested with my new Boris starter !! 2S x 45 for the 21s and 3sx 45 for the 45s,67s and 80s. Everything working well. Boris includes well written instructions with his products. Just waiting for his next product, maybe a glow plug igniter. Tim

Hi, Tim! Do not wait for glow plug igniter! This is not what will I do. Did you try 2S on bigger motors? I start pro mod Zenoa 26 PUM with 2S. Boris
