Hello ,

I have an Aeromarine Conquest with a full mod Zenoah 30.0cc engine , and I was wondering what pipe would be the best to pair with it? I currently have a Bonzi Power pipe and I'm not fully satisfied with the performance. Any help would be appreciated.
 
You might want to start looking at 1" exhaust systems when you start getting in the 30cc and up areas. I got the hot pipe setup from Daniel Place, his pipe and the Zippkits header but he also sells the complete system. Carlo has a new one also but pricier. Even Dan's 7/8" pipe I've been very happy with as that's what's on my F-41 right now.
 
Do you know where I can purchase Dan's hot pipe? That was one that I was looking at for my cat.
 
If it is messy and leaking oil? You need to work on you setup. 3 things can cause it or a multiple of the reasons. 1. Prop too big 2. Too rich on the needles 3. running around like a trolling motor (meaning a lot of low speed idling or milling around). Any one of these or combined will cause and issue. Once tuned it is clean.

Hey Todd, I just picked up a canard for one of my 30.5's. Can you make a header that comes out 2 inches from the engine? I'll give you a call later today.
