Hello: I'm back again!

My 12 rigger is comming along well but I could sure use some suggestions on set up.

My front sponsons are set at 9/16" depth at inside rear edges.

What depth should I set the bottom of the rear sponsons at and

the bottom of the 5/16" OD strut to start with? Also, should I

add any up angle to the strut like maybe 2 degrees?

The hull is 23-1/2 x 3, the rear of the front sponsons are about

9" from the nose, the center line of the OS 12 TR is about 8-1/2

back from the nose, the rear of the strut is only 1/16 back from the

transom. The stub shaft is 3/16 with .130 flex. The boat is light

ply but may be a little heaver than some I have been hearing about.

Probably over 2-1/2 lbs but not sure at all yet.

I know this will be a guess but any advice to look at would be

helpfull, especially the depth of the rear sponsons.

Thanks

http://rcboat.com/setup.htm
