Dear Boaters,

I plan on developing a research paper for coating aluminum. These engines will have the most advance metallurgy and coating available in the world today. These will not be standard manufactured engines. Full out racing engines.

Anyone interested in a copy of the research paper that will be developed by this man listed below please contact me.

Best regards,

Dennis Cessna

"I am an expert in advanced PVD and related surface modification processes (metal ion implantation), and believe I have a solution to your problem.

Coating aluminum by PVD is particularly difficult. Most PVD processes are carried out at temperatures well in excess of 150 C. While it is possible in general to coat at lower temperatures, the coating quality is quite poor. Some years ago, I solved this problem by bombarding the surface with high energy ion during the deposition process.

I have attached my resume for your review. At the current time, I am working as an independent consultant, helping companies such as yours incorporate PVD and other advanced surface engineering processes into their product line. I don't have a specific product to sell. Rather, I work with a variety of advanced technology companies capable of supplying the required process, though I often have to help them in that area as well. I can then bring it into your manufacturing sequence by finding, and/or developing suitable production equipment."
