Had one and sold it to another boater but you can email Andy at AC Model Boats and he can send you the info. There is a second version of this boat that is easier to launch.Brian Tooms on here has one that runs well and he may have the info or can measure his.

Found my instructions. Strut set-up raise the hull up so it is 1 1/2" off the table and push the strut down so it is flat on the table. I could send a copy of the info if you send me your address as I have a set for the original boat also. They are a good running boat. Strut location is different between NAMBA and IMPBA.

I just checked my boats, (I have an FE version as well) and from the bottom of the boat to the bottom of the strut is 1 1/8" with a bit of negative angle. My struts are under the boat as per Namba. If there's any info you need glad to try and help.
