Hi Alan,
Are you wanting to fit a Nova 21 to a 7.5cc lower?
I have this complete set up that may or may not be of interest.
7.5cc size lower that takes a 3/16 flex, and matching PTO for a Nova 21 with a 3/16 square out shaft. Also have collet and correct length flex shafts to run this lower as FE.
Last pic is comparison this lower and a 21xm lower to roughly gauge the size.

The lower unit was made by TFT:

The transom mount was improved by adapting an OS 21xm transom mount.
The PTO was custom made by KRE using an output shaft to takes 3/16 square flex. Very nicely engineered, fits the Novarossi Keep engine case a lot more snug than the standard Keep OB PTO.
This PTO will fit any of the Nova engines with a 14.5mm crank(including the Keep OB).
I have a lot invested in this, however I also have no use for it as the hull I was planning to use it on I no longer have. $150 + post the combo
