Have you checked out Aircraft Spruce? They carry ply, balsa and spruce stick stock. Prices look high on ply but the sheets are at least twice the size of most other places

I use both balsa USA and aircraft spruce. Lately I'm not using ply or balsa only foam.

Going to be building me a 74" P 38 lightning over the winter. So plan on spending some coin with those two.

I would have recommended B&D International in Tacoma for ply except I've heard they don't like to ship small quantities. They also don't stock balsa

i by my 1/32 ply from aircraft spruce and have them cut them in 4' sheets otherwise shipping is terrible
national balsa sucks.. there shipping is horrible. i have had plywood cut with a razor in the middle and they would't do sqwat even after i sent pics. glue that was supposed to be NEW that was half used ect.
balsa usa isn't bad either
