Has anyone had any issues getting your order from Tower hobbies? i have been waiting 2 weeks and my order is still not here and I cant get a confirmation on when it will be. any help would be great

Hey Beau, have any of the items that you ordered gone to a pending or back order status? I’ve ordered from Tower before and during the checkout process someone else had placed an order just before me with one of the same items and my order got back ordered? If you haven’t already maybe give them a call.
 
Just recently ordered an item from Tower Hobbies that was initially out of stock. Got a notification last week that it was back in stock, paid for it, and received another notification that it was shipped a day or two ago. So, we will see if I get it by the end of next week.

Correct Don but I believe Tower Hobbies still handles the orders not Horizon. I may be wrong but I just ordered from Tower Hobbies not the Horizon site.

So is Tower Hobbies still going to stay in business just under a new name? I have always been very happy with Tower Hobbies, products and shipping I just wanted to make sure that if there is bigger problems than I was aware of I would find the products elsewhere but, if they are going through a transition period that makes sense and I would be patient.

The status says pending no back orders present, I will give it a few days and see what happens

I ordered some stuff and got it in a couple days. This was last week

Give them a call and talk to support...seems to work for me.
 
I also made an order last week and received it in two days. They have always had great customer service,hopefully this continues with the change.They also offer almost all of the horizon line,will be interesting to see the new catalog.
 
I ordered Sullivan tanks which are in stock and they were shipped on the 25th may and still nothing..My past orders have only taken 10days max to Australia...Not this time..
