Bouchie pipe

I bought or thought I bought a bouchie 21 pipe on here last week. I paid the asking price plus shipping 4 days ago and I get a pm last night Neil changed his mind. Isn't it my pipe that I paid for?? He refunded my money but this doesn't seem right. Not a stand up guy in my opinion. Maybe I'm overstepping??

I think THE I'LL TAKE IT rule is for there friends.

My person(NO NAMES) sent me his address to send money order to. After four days I PM for a status update.

He writes back another persons check got there first, so he sent my money back.

I think MOST people on IW are honest, but I did get my money back. He's half HONEST. Friends are Friends maybe his rule.

I had a guy on iw do the same thing to me, he had a few ob 21 powerheads and I said I'll take it which I interpret as sold, after I posted this he later backed out. not a big deal, I just know what type of person he is, 1st impressions are lasting ones
