I may be asking the fireman for a match but I am in need of serious group therapy. I have lost control and cannot resist buying, wanting salivating over every boat I see now. I have moved my wife out of the bedroom to make room for more boat stuff. I sold the dog yesterday but I used the money to get a really bitchin new starter. Anyone else have this problem?

Not quite to that extreme but yes. I bought a new flat screen and then moved the wife's TV room to the bedroom and littered the living room with boats, boat parts and tools. The dining room table was claimed years ago and now, if I can do it stealthily enough, will be claiming the camp trailer as a storage room. Hope she doesn't mind

Add me to the list sometimes I choose buying nitro over food, shame on me I could use some one on one therapy, Dave do u have a recommended Doctor lined out for us?

Beau

My wife is punishing me by locking me in the garage for 3 months......... Guess it could be worse like 6 months

Bruce you lucky son of a b... How did you manage that?! Three months of uninteruppted working on boats!! (oh, its happening again isn't it?). I guess the FE guys will be resorting to electic shock since they don't do the nitro drip.

Last night while I was in the man cave the wife came to me and said, when will I see you again ? I blurted out five weeks, when our first race is over.... What a dumm A.. Then she said Do you know how much you spent on Paypal this mouth ? So I stop what I was sanding on, went inside helped cook dinner etc. Know when to say When and slow down and look around

David,

Us northern boaters are just finishing up our therapy for the last 3 to 4 months.

Hopefully the last 12" of ice will melt in the next week or so and we can resume

our passionate hobby once again in the 2015 season. BTW I would rather talk to

boaters than the therapist any day. It was a brutal therapy season this year.

Looking Forward To Spending Time At The Lake Soon,

I Hope The Easter Bunny Brings Something Good This Year,

Mark Sholund

I think everyone goes through that faze and some of us don't grow out of it! Just ask Al Hobbs!!! If there is a scale boat available and is nicely done he will be looking at it.

Hey, I thought I was the only one! I am not feeling so bad and I love the dining room ideas! The therapy is working. I am feeling better.

Sure there are, Richard. One is called politics while another is finding some of the people you race with think rules are for the rest of the people and not for them. Then, of course, there are those that will do anything they can to look good, even if it's at the expense of others. Those three, alone, can both cure this addiction as well as kill a club in very short order

Dave you just need special talent and know which buttons to push. She'll then lock you in the garage and make your life miserable. The best thing is I got a new boat built and just started running it. Free at last. I did my time an have a boat to prove it. Give it a try but be careful and not push the wrong button. Good luck and hope it works for you.
